These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of any products, services, websites, course platforms, and affiliate programs offered by Ultimate Branding Course Inc. and Ultimate Branding Course LLC (collectively, the "Supplier", "we", or "us").

By accessing, purchasing, or participating in any part of our platformincluding our courses, communities, and affiliate programsyou ("you," "your," or "Reseller") agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to access or participate in any of our programs, including affiliate opportunities. By using our services, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credit under any circumstancesincluding but not limited to:

(a) dissatisfaction with the course or program content,
(b) failure to complete the program,
(c) disagreement with updates or rule changes,
(d) removal from the community due to rule violations, or

(e) discontinuation of the course.

Please purchase only if you are fully committed. Chargebacks will result in immediate removal from all platforms and may be pursued legally.

3. Use of Materials & Intellectual Property

All content providedincluding course materials, videos, worksheets, templates, and frameworksare protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of the Supplier. You may not:

(a) redistribute, resell, or reproduce the content in any form,
(b) create derivative works based on our materials, or
(c) use the UBC name, logo, or branding for your own offers or business.

Violation will result in termination of access and possible legal action.

4. Community & Affiliate Conduct

You agree to follow all posted rules, platform guidelines, and updated policies. You may not:

(a) spam or solicit other users,
(b) share personal login credentials,
(c) post misleading income claims, or
(d) violate any community code of conduct outlined in our legal or onboarding pages.

5. Affiliate Program Rules

Participation in our affiliate program is a privilege and not guaranteed. Affiliates must:

(a) follow ethical marketing practices,
(b) avoid false or misleading claims,
(c) comply with local advertising and consumer protection laws, and (d) accept that commission structures may change at any time.

We reserve the right to remove affiliates at our discretion.

6. Lifetime Access Disclaimer

"Lifetime access" refers to the lifetime of the course or program, not your lifetime. We reserve the right to update, restructure, or remove the program at any time for any reason. Continued access is not guaranteed indefinitely.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to discontinue use.

8. Dispute Resolution & No Class Actions

Any disputes must be resolved through individual binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and to the extent applicable, the laws of the United States for U.S.-based users.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates are effective upon posting. It is your responsibility to review them regularly.

11. Linked Agreements

By purchasing any product, joining a program, or participating in our community, you acknowledge that you are also bound by the terms outlined in our Member & Affiliate Agreement, which governs participation, responsibilities, and conduct for all customers, members, and affiliates.
